Jaw Flexion In Practice From the Ground

The missing link between tension and true connection

Jaw flexion is the first of the 5 Fundamentals of Lightness and creates the foundation for harmonious movement, relaxation, communication, and true connection between horse and rider. In this training, I teach not only how to develop soft, responsive jaw flexions from the ground, but also why they are essential, when to use them throughout your session, and how jaw flexions can enhance impulsion, balance, softness, and self-carriage throughout the entire body.
